Paul is the founder and president of Loudoun County Deer Management (LCDM). With more than 45+ years of experience and a strong interest in wildlife management and conservation, Paul has built LCDM into a successful non-profit that helps control the number of deer, coyotes other varmints on private properties across Loudoun County. 

Paul has a background in finance and is very involved in his community. He is committed to giving landowners the best service possible and making sure that the wildlife in Loudoun County lives in an ecosystem that is healthy and balanced.
